Asking price, not selling price: the final price is agreed in the negotiation.
How we reach the valuation
- Step 1
We start from the operating margin
EBITDA: what is left after costs, before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization. It is the figure buyers look at, more than revenue.
- Step 2
We apply your sector’s multiples
A bar is not worth the same as a hotel. For bars and restaurants, 2 to 4 times the margin; for hotels, 4 to 7.
- Step 3
We compare with those who are selling
See whether your range is above or below the average price asked by businesses like yours for sale on Attivita24.
The estimate covers the business itself: if you own the premises, they are valued separately. Rent, debts and inventory can move the price.
