Why we exist

Attivita24 was created to make something simple that has always been complicated in Italy: selling or buying a small or medium-sized business. Sellers need confidentiality and real buyers; buyers need clear information and a direct line to the seller.

That is why the platform does three things: anonymous listings with the key financial figures, direct contact between the parties through on-site messages, and market prices published in the Observatory. Everything else (advisors, notary, due diligence) is up to the parties.
