Frequently asked questions

Anyone working professionally in the sale of companies and businesses: agents, brokers, accountants, M&A advisors. Registration is free. Each profile is reviewed manually by our team before activation.

You fill out the registration form with your details and your profile. The Attivita24 team reviews it and approves it if everything is in order. You will receive an email once your profile is active.

One annual plan, no commission on sales: Solo (10 live listings, €240/year + VAT) or Agency (50 live listings, €500/year + VAT). Slots are reusable: when a listing closes, the slot frees up for your next mandate.

Each live listing takes 1 slot of your plan. The listing goes online immediately with the “Verified broker” badge. When you archive it or the sale closes, the slot becomes available again.

The plan is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Throughout that period you can publish, archive and replace listings freely, within the number of slots included.

Yes. From your dashboard you can edit the text, update price and photos, or remove a listing at any time.

Buyers write to you directly through the platform. You get an email notification for every new message and manage all conversations in the Messages section.

The dashboard has a Deals section: every inquiry has its own status (to reply, in progress, closed) and you can add private notes to each one. When you reply, the inquiry moves to “in progress” by itself, so the list of people waiting for an answer stays up to date.

Every plan includes visibility slots: Solo has 1 premium listing (priority in search results), Agency has 1 showcase listing (maximum visibility) and 3 premium ones. You can move these slots between your listings whenever you want, from the dashboard; the other listings stay online with standard visibility.

Yes. Every broker has a public page on Attivita24 (e.g., attivita24.com/intermediari/your-name) with all active listings, your bio and your contact details.

You can free up a slot by archiving a closed listing, or upgrade to the higher plan from your dashboard. New slots are added to the ones already active.
