I’m Matteo Zanetti Bignami, 41 years old, and I’ve been in real estate for 11 years. After earning a degree in economics from Bocconi University in Milan and gaining work experience at a well-known multinational headquartered in New York, I began working in real estate after moving to Spain for love. A few years ago, I returned to Brescia, where I live and work. Over the years, I’ve seen how the brokerage industry has had a poor reputation, probably due to a lack of professionalism and regulation in our country. By studying the best-performing models in other countries around the world, I found and refined my real estate philosophy. What is it based on?
