We sell our products and other products we distribute both wholesale and retail. We do not have a sales network, as we have been established in the market for several years. We have customers in the vending and large-scale retail (GDO) sectors. Retail sales are a valuable source of revenue.
Competitors
We are positioned in the middle tier between small pastry shops with an attached production facility and the confectionery industry. We have no direct competitors in the area, and the business has room to grow. The owners have not currently implemented development plans due to their age and the lack of a successor generation, as they intend to sell the business.

The sale includes all production machinery and equipment, all furniture and furnishings in the retail department and offices, with nothing excluded.
