About the business
Established home decor shop with 25 years of operating history, located at a highly desirable corner between Via Appia Nuova and Largo dei Colli Albani. Five display windows provide maximum visibility and a steady flow of customers. The renovated 110 m² premises include furnishings, display fixtures, and merchandise.
Business model
The store operates in the home decor sector, selling home decor items, home accessories, and gift ideas at retail. The business is built on a carefully curated selection, strong street visibility, and customer loyalty in the local area. The extensive display area and strategic location generate steady foot traffic, while the off-site storage facility supports product turnover and immediate availability.
Competitors
Competition in the area is moderate and consists mostly of small independent stores and chains offering standardized products. The business stands out clearly thanks to its carefully curated selection, strong recognition, and prime location, all of which provide a significant competitive advantage.
Assets included in the sale
The business is being sold with everything needed to continue operations immediately: all store furnishings, display fixtures, lighting, and all merchandise currently in the store. The 80 m² off-site storage facility, already stocked with products, is also included. The sale also includes the goodwill built up over 25 years, the loyal customer base, and the favorable 6-year lease, recently renewed in June.
Reason for selling
The owner is selling due to a personal relocation. The business is fully operational, with a loyal customer base built over 25 years and stable management.
