The beach resort was acquired in 2017 in practically abandoned condition, then completely rebuilt and revitalized. Returning seasonal customers have grown from 5% to more than 50% of available spaces. It has 22 linear meters of beachfront and is equipped with 50 beach umbrellas and 30 tents. 21 cabins, 16 of which were rebuilt last winter, all with glass-enclosed showers, lighting, and electrical outlets, plus 6 external cabins. Bar, kitchen, and restaurant, veranda, and sun terrace. All closures and lighting are controlled by a home automation system.
