About the business
95% of the products are imported from Greece. Water, soft drinks, wines, beers, liquors, meats, spices, oil, and appetizers. Strong local identity and excellent reviews.
Business model
Appeals to lovers of Greece and authentic products. There is an opportunity to increase revenue by also opening for breakfast, since the business has a coffee machine and 60 indoor seats, plus outdoor seating for another 20 under a public space permit. Schools, banks, offices, and a hospital are nearby.
Competitors
There is no competition, as this is the only Greek restaurant. There are 2 gyro shops, but they serve different customers than ours. We could become their competitor by adding pita gyros to the menu, especially by offering delivery.
