Pastry shop founded in 1954 by my grandfather, a pastry chef, and carried on by my father and me. The pastry shop is located on the town's central square and has outdoor tables with an umbrella. In addition to me, there is currently a pastry chef and an assistant in the production kitchen. Two people serve customers at the counter. The work has always respected tradition while keeping an eye on modernity. The production kitchen and retail space have been completely renovated.
