Sale of homegrown vegetables at the farm store and to two cooperatives of which we are members, and use of our vegetables at the vegan agritourism business. In addition to the restaurant, it also operates as an educational farm for school groups and offers vegan cooking classes for adults.
Competitors
There are no vegan restaurants within 50 km. But the educational farm is recognized as one of the best vegan restaurants in Europe.
